Today:
- We started our poetry unit. Today we worked on our rainbow simile poem! 
- In Math we started Algebra. See below for the questions we solved today!
- Ask me what literacy station I was in!
- In Science we learned about the biosphere. Ask me about it!
- Ask me what we did in P.E! 


Reminders: 

Two forms are being sent home that need to be signed and returned to school. Please let Ms. Wolsey know if you have any questions. Both forms need to be returned by Friday April 17th.

2. School Nutrition Workshop Form:

Hello Grade 3 and Grade 4 Families,

We’re excited to share that students in Grades 3 and 4 will be taking part in a nutrition program this April!

During the program, students will:

  • Learn about nutrition and Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating
  • Apply what they’ve learned by preparing healthy snacks in class

  • Try ingredients and products from local companies

To participate fully, students will be making and tasting a healthy snack. An Acknowledgement of Risk form has been sent home and must be signed to give permission for your child to eat the snack.

  • Students without a returned form will still take part in the learning activities but will not be able to make or eat the snack.

Please email your child’s teacher if there are any food allergies the school is not already aware of.

We got to become detectives today by solving Algebra equations!







We continued learning about the Artemis 11 mission and watched a video of the astronauts answering questions from space! We also talked about how we can achieve anything when we grow up, which inspired many of us to dream big, work hard, and to always do our best! This even inspired some of us to become astronauts!
