Tuesday April 14

Today:

- In Writing we wrote our good copy of our Acrostic poem!

- In Math we continued working on Algebra. Ask me what we did!

- Ask me what I did in Health!

- In P.E we continued with drum fit!

- We continued to read our class novel called "A Wolf Called Wander"

- In Social Studies we learned about imperialism and colonization!

Reminders:

We began our Human Sexuality unit today:

If your child is participating, we encourage you to ask them about what they learned and how the lesson went. This can be a great opportunity to continue open, supportive conversations at home.
If your child is not participating, please consider using the resource below to help guide for age-appropriate conversations about puberty at home. These discussions can support your child’s understanding and help them feel more comfortable as they grow and develop.

IMPORTANT UPCOMING DATES

April 16 – Papa Johns Fun Lunch / Cobs Treat Day (order at healthyhunger.ca by April 11 if interested in participating)

April 22 – EARTH DAY SPIRIT DAY: Wear blue or green for Earth Day

Dear Families,
We wanted to let you know that during the photocopying process, the signature page for the Vivo field trip was not included in the original package sent home.
