Today:

- We had a new algebra detective mission today where we had to solve different clues around the class room! Ask me how I did!

- We created our poem anthology title page!

- We had visual journal finish up time!

- We shared our Explorer stories with each other!

- We played outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather!


Reminders:

Two forms are being sent home that need to be signed and returned to school. Please let Ms. Wolsey know if you have any questions. Both forms need to be returned by Friday April 17th.

2. School Nutrition Workshop Form:

Hello Grade 3 and Grade 4 Families,

We’re excited to share that students in Grades 3 and 4 will be taking part in a nutrition program this April!

During the program, students will:

  • Learn about nutrition and Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating
  • Apply what they’ve learned by preparing healthy snacks in class

  • Try ingredients and products from local companies

To participate fully, students will be making and tasting a healthy snack. An Acknowledgement of Risk form has been sent home and must be signed to give permission for your child to eat the snack.

  • Students without a returned form will still take part in the learning activities but will not be able to make or eat the snack.

Please email your child’s teacher if there are any food allergies the school is not already aware of.

 Today: - We continued working on our self portraits! - We did some outdoor activities.
