Tomorrow is the 100th day of school. Students can dress like they are 100, or dress like their future

selves if they want :)

Today:

- We continued working on our birthday party today. We finished the middle of our story today!

- We continued working on finding equivalent fractions!

- Ask me what literacy station I was in!

- In P.E we played hockey games!

- In Science we learned about the Lunar calendar. Ask me what what the difference between the Gregorian calendar and the lunar calendar is!

Reminders: 

Students are bringing home the Parental Notification and Opt-in Consent letter. Please read, sign and return the letter on or before April 2. If you have any questions, please e-mail me. Students without returned forms will be considered non‑participants, and they will complete alternative learning tasks.

March 17 – SPIRIT DAY: Wear Green for St. Patrick’s Day

March 19 – Edo Fun Lunch Day / Mr. Pretzel Treat Day (order through healthyhunger.ca)

March 19 – Evening Student Involved Conferences

March 20 – Daytime Student Involved Conferences

March 19 & 20 – Purdys orders can be picked up at the Evening Student Involved Conferences on Thursday or the Daytime Student Involved Conferences on Friday

March 23 – 27 – SPRING BREAK – No school

March 30 – First day of classes after Spring Break

 STUDENT INVOLVED CONFERENCES

All families are asked to book a 15-minute conference time on March 19 or March 20 for our Student-Involved Conferences. Please sign up through your MyCBE Parent Account.

During the conference, your child will share their learning with you. Teachers will connect the work being shown to the report card marks and comments that were shared on February 24.

If you have not yet downloaded your child’s report card, please do so through your MyCBE Parent Account before your conference time.

These conferences are an important part of home–school communication. They help ensure students and families clearly understand progress so far and the next steps in learning.

We hope all families can attend. Please make every effort to book a time on one of these two days.
