Thursday November 6

Today:

- We talked about zones of regulation. We focused on the blue zone today. Ask me what emotions I feel when I am in the blue zone!

- In math we had our decimal SWYK! Ask me how I felt about it!

- In writing we wrote about the zoo we created. Ask me what I put in my zoo!

- Ms. Wolsey's cousin is a zookeeper, so we got to see lots of videos and picture of animals from the Winnipeg Zoo. Ask me what my favorite animal was! 

- Ask me what literacy station I was in!

- Ask me what we did in P.E!

November 28 – Kinder to Grade Five – Daytime Parent / Teacher / Student Learning Conferences (No school for K-5)

 Today: - We continued working on our self portraits! - We did some outdoor activities. Ask me what we did!  - We read the Name Jar and talked about the significance of our names! - We did a sharing circle and shared 2 positive things that happened during the week. Ask me what I shared! - We had our first music class today. Ask me what we did! Today: - We went on a community walk!! - We did an art project about trees in the Fall! Ask me what we did! - Ask me what we did in music! - We had a sharing circle. We shared 2 positive things that happened this week. Ask me what I shared!  Reminders: At this time, the CBE is preparing for an Alberta Teachers’ Association (ATA) strike beginning on Monday, Oct. 6. Here is what this means for CBE families: All classes will be cancelled. Do not send your child to school. Transportation will be cancelled. Do not leave your child at a bus stop. Please visit the CBE Labour Action page for all the information you need to know about how this impacts athletics, trips, extracurricular activities, before & after school care, and other topics.
